Brioche Artisan Bakery is a new place in Skopje offering a wide variety of sweet and savory pastries, buns, muffins, cookies, cakes, and breads.
"Each item is carefully made with good quality ingredients, ensuring the highest quality and authentic flavors. I don`t use any additives, fake colors, supplements or flavor enhancers! What is special and very important to me is that I cold ferment my dough and that makes the flavor shine even better. The atmosphere inside the bakery is light and warm with wood equipment", the owner tells Skopje.IN.

Brioche Artisan Bakery is located at Pandil Shishkov 10, local 8, near the Polyclinic Jane Sandanski, more specifically behind Trimaks Book Store and Dental spa.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 6 AM - 2 PM & Saturday: 8 AM - 2 PM.
