Edge was founded by a woman from the Czech Republic who has been living in Macedonia for six years. Her goal is to bring the coffee culture from her city to Skopje.

"We offer high quality coffee beans roasted in the Czech Republic which we aim to prepare for our local customers with love and attention to detail. We are coffee enthusiasts who are open to learn more each day", the owner adds.
