*The list is randomly sorted and does not include all specialty coffee places in Skopje, and it may be updated.

Flavor characteristics of the coffees?

Each coffee has its own characteristics, the coffees from Central and South America have chocolate notes, while the coffees from Africa have more distinct fruit notes. But each producer has the freedom to play with the flavors depending on the process of baking and ripening them.

Menu recommendation?

We always have three options for coffee, those from Brazil and Ethiopia are standard, while the third coffee is always more exotic in terms of region and taste. As a first step we offer the coffee from Brazil, it is more chocolaty with less distinct citrus notes and we recommend it in combination with milk, while the coffee from Ethiopia and the rest are one step higher in terms of an authentic unusual taste.

Flavor characteristics of the coffees?

Each region and 5 label varieties we offer has distinguishing characteristics of its own. Brown-label coffees are especially good for espresso, they offer more chocolatey and creamy notes. Red-label is suitable for espresso and filter brew methods, where the acidic and fruity notes shine through. Black, Gold, and Platnum are award-winning coffees and are specifically suitable for filtered methods, but they can provide crisp acidity and fruity notes.
